I've dealt with Rooter Man before, but this is the first time I've had to rely on them for service. We were impressed from the get-go! The office staffed with Lacie, Crystal, and Chris were outstanding in arranging for services to our business and promised a rapid response. The tech, Mark, arrived and quickly got to work.
